Images don't have borders, but am I correct in guessing you are referring to a virtual border that is used to let you know whether you want to resize or drag?

I have been a silent reader but a recurring contributor. We all need to come together and work for a Skill Bill or atleast be able to file for I-485 without Visa number availability so that we can get EAD's, Buy houses, Travel in and out of the country without going to the consulate, not pass up on projects which need a lot of International Travel. Can we work for this?. This would help a lot of us keep our minds peaceful

This is a much talked about subject around these days. I am sure many of us who renewed EAD but had a gap in the expiration and renewal date and were on a leave of absence. Would this be a problem when it comes to the GC processing?

Thanks for your response. I did check the extension form many times and also reviewed it from another person. Because of their same last name and similar first name we all missed the mistake. We took an infopass appointment for tomorrow. Also we did go to CBP but they told us to file I 102 for my mother-in-law to get new I-94. Also I think I have to send the my father-in-law's I-94 to the following address for correction

Unfortunately now my mother-in-law has to go back early.
One thing I learned it to always check the full content of the I-94 after arrival.

Jason, here's an old photoshop tutorial (http://www.dphoto.us/forum/showthread.php?t=2245) that will either confuse you or help you similar effects to the processed photos above. It will either confuse you more, or make it easier! Once you understand some of the principals, it won't take you hours at all. Good Luck! :D

Let us be very clear, we are MORE THAN WILLING to associate with any org that can be beneficial to us. One of the members of IV had established contact with USINPAC and it has been a very fruitful association

If anyone can do the same thing with any other org (could be 'Chinese Physicians Association', or 'Russians in America' or 'Canadians in USA' or even 'Americans for High Skilled Immigrants' - please note that I made up all the names, but please get the gist) please take the inititative and let us know how it goes.

Also note, that even if we associate with an org primarily working for a particular country, all our issues will benefit EVERYONE from every country. It is impossible to press for an amendment like 'Ability to file I485 without regard to visa number for Indian Nationals only'. The US Government doesn't allow that and neither will IV go in that direction.

The keywords here are 'publicity and exposure'. We really need that to protect our amendments in the Senate and the House Conference

concurrent filing means filing of I-140 and I-485 together not two I-140s.

why do you want to put false data on your profile? such as EB1 at Perm stage with 2000 priority date?
Are you trying to mock all the IV members? Or just being silly?

by concurrent i meant can you file two i-140s under the same EB2 category [regular and NIW] at the same time??

P.S.-regarding my profile that's the default setting w.r.t priority date etc when i set up my account., trying to edit this

Not sure what to say. But I believe in your original H1 petition requested dates of employment were only for one and a half month and I think you will get only that. Unless attorney files an amendment and documentation for additional 3 years. I dont think USCIS will even look at I-140 approval since it was not eve part of the packet

What is your attorney saying?

My case was file in jan 02. I have approved labour and I-140. I filed my I-485 in Jun 2005 and have an EAD and parole. How do I find when can I file my spouse's case.

Not to scare you but even part-time job in other fields can be a potential issue. Please confirm with attorney though.

I HAVE H1 APPROVED TILL 04/10 BUT I ENTERED USA USING AP THIS YEAR SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT I AM ON EAD NOW WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER. I AM ASLO DOING PARTIME JOB IN OTHER FIELD ON EAD SINCE 01/08. NOW IF I GET FULL TIME JOB WITH OTHER EMPLOYER (other field)AND IF I WORK LESS HOURS (means I get under pay than showed in labor) WITH SPONSORING EMPLOYER, WILL I BE IN TROUBLE? Please give me right way.

I was wondering how the engine is calculating the scaling of the image to change the ViewPort, while zooming in and out. Does the change of ViewPort and the image composition within it depends only on the viewport width?

I have not able to find much greater details on this yet from MS. Would you be able to direct me please to some materials to understand more on Multiscale image control and its working in and out.

For FP, USCIS takes the address from G325A or from the I485 form. The reason I am asking is because my company is putting their's address in I485. So I am wondering.

Hello,

My labour got approved but we still have to file for I-140. My h1b is going to expire on May 2007.

Can I get H1b extension based on Labour approval? If not, is it necessary to file I-140 soon.

yes, if your labor was filed more than a year ago you can get an extension. However I would advice you to first only file 140. get it approved. these days it is fast. and then apply for h1b extension in january. you will be able to get 3 yr extn instead of 1 year. it will save you much extension headaches and legal fees.hope this helps.

My wife recently returned from India and at port of entry, the officer incorrectly wrote the paroled until date as Jul 12, 2010 instead of Jul 12, 2011. The date is incorrect on both I-94 and AP.

Will this create any issues and how can this be corrected? Her status is AOS pending, she doesn't have a EAD or H-visa

My wife's AP is valid till Oct 12, 2010. I would appreciate any help

Paying little extra money works. I paid 8k for two people and got the date. In Delhi and some other cities this is a big business. The person I talked to spent 2 nights and got the appointment.
